The Kasamayaki Cooperative hosts and operates the "Kasama Himatsuri", held annually during Golden Week. With a history of over 40 years, this festival of Kasamayaki brings together over 200 Kasama Ware artists and kiln owners, who gather in the plaza of Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture, for exhibitions and sales. During the event, approximately 90,000 visitors attend.
